Redemption wrongly rejected, redeem button gone, disappearing points not related to rejected surveys, constant accounting errors.
I got a great new years present from this panel: My Dec 28, 2018 redemption was rejected after several hundred successful redemptions in a row . The points were put back to approved, but my redemption button is gone. Branded's phone number has a answering machine that is full and unable to take messages. The last few months, points have disappeared from my approved points without a corresponding survey rejection. Just random amounts disappearing in real time while logged in. I've even had the daily poll subtracting 5 points instead of adding them. I've had several surveys that I was never credited for get subtracted as rejections. How can you subtract points for a survey that you never completed in the first place? This site has gone into the tank and has wasted hours of my valuable time. I am in the gaslight part of San Diego at least once a year and will be checking the place out next time in town. I wonder if this outfit even has a operational office? Google only shows a tiny gallery at their supposed address, it's possible that this neighborhood has old data. Something does not smell right here. Hopefully by that time they will stop stealing money and time from me. Turn on my redemption button and quit defrauding me!
