Gold member perks
Why are you taking away all of the nice perks that come with being a gold member? These were what made this site worth coming back to. I am sure that you will lose loyal members. Is that worth the money that you save?

I am relatively new here and I do not understand the "Perks". It states that being a Gold member and completing 30+ surveys I receive a 19% bonus, how do I get this bonus? I have looked and find nothing. I did 47 Gold Member surveys last week and received just the survey points no PERKS. Please someone explain.
I agree with all the comments, especially krispy on the DQ consolation points. Case in point, 14 surveys were supposedly available upon my logging on (after skipping for days) and I got DQ points for less than half of those surveys with the bunch at the end "not offering disqualification points" (or to that effect. Jeeze, it just gets worse and worse.
BTW, I didn't qualify for any of the decent-paying surveys (for the laughably low-paying surveys, I don't even bother). So a big nada for the session. Just goes to show I didn't miss anything on the days I stayed away from the site.
This site used to be among the best that I touted to others. Now, I wouldn't waste my breath, much less my own time at this site. Like others, I'm going to either take a long break or just pack up and spend my time elsewhere.
I just don't get Branded's logic about these "changes." Why "fix" something that wasn't broken? As it is, the "changes" have disillusioned members, particularly the supposed valued "elite" gold members (which I'm still one but scratching my head of any benefit I get from this supposed status).
Well halfway through January, even the small points as consolation for disqualification has disappeared. The screen out rate is 99%, so tell me how this is an improvement to a loyalty program?

Very poor site now, very few surveys, get screened out of most and points very low, no perks anymore. Will be leaving as not worth the time for money earned anymore.

I totally agree with all the negative comments regarding the ‘exciting’ new site that is doing nothing for me inundated with emails that I just delete without even opening because I get nothing, don’t qualify for any surveys and not worth my time for 1 point, I think I maybe deleting myself soon and unsubscribing unless there are any significant improvements

I agree, we kept hearing they're in the process of revamping, then an email that changes are coming soon. Anyone else still waiting to see these changes??
The improvements have me qualifying much less and even forget to visit some days. Not a very compelling improvement

I agree, I was a regular on this site spending an hour or two a day on it but it is no longer worth it. Th revamps have taken the advantages of this site away.

I’ve been elite member for a couple years now and thinking of leaving. The point bonuses and little things made this site better. Ever since the revamp I have lost point somehow daily. You will be losing me.

I also think that it is very sorry of you to reduce the points for the polls and taking away the points for a streak. I am not too happy that the "You're an ace" points are gone. Everything that made this site better than the others is disappearing. I don't even know if it is worth it anymore.

What doesn't help is that they are NOT explaining the new changes or going into depth of what new changes we are getting that will benefit the users. Instead we just get the "for quality purposes we're doing all these changes" that are so vague that all it does is make the users mad and frustrated with the site. Not a good look for them.
