Why are Poll Streaks no longer featured on Branded Surveys?!
Yesterday was my last day to complete my poll streak as I've reached the 10th day. However, I'm still confused as to why Branded Surveys decided to remove this feature from the site. I believe it's essential for any survey website to include more point receiving opportunities, especially for when there is a daily poll to answer. Please bring back the poll streaks! Otherwise, there is no reason for including daily polls if the amount of points rewarded are so minimum.

I agree with many other posters. Branded Surveys, formerly Mintvine, used to be one of my favorite survey sites. With a few exceptions, survey incentives have been relatively low for a long time. However, poll streaks as well as more points for non-qualifiers, especially 30 surprise points for "being an ace" every now and then, made up for it. We used to get 5 points for every survey we attempted. Now, we often get nothing if we don't qualify. Silver and gold members used to get more points for participating in polls too. Who has enough time to complete twelve surveys within a week? That's unrealistic. It's possible if you make completing surveys for Branded Surveys a full-time job. But most of us use other survey sites in addition to Branded Surveys, some of which pay higher incentives, and we have other things to do too.

I agree need poll streak. Survey points seem to be getting less and less also.

We want our bonuses back as well as the points amount per poll restored. You removed the incentive to participate daily.

I feel the same as most comments here on the page. I have completed over 100 daily polls in a roll and have received the 5 points rather then the 10 points the Gold Badge received before the change. This has reduced my possible points in half, 500 points instead of 1000 points, not to mention the incentive of 10 times completing the polls on consecutive days and not getting the 100 points every 10th day missing out on another 1000 points. That's $15 that I'm missing out on!
Also, the 30 points for" Your an Ace" and no points when you are "NQed" from a survey are other areas we have lost on points. And when points are given for a disqualification, 5 points minimum should be given and not 2 or 3 points. Lastly, I feel the Complete Challenge should be giving an entry not only for a completed survey, but for an entry given for "NQ" or "OQ" surveys after 10 surveys with that result. Please consider these ideas because we need the incentives to take the time to take the surveys here on Branded Surveys.

I've noticed less and less surveys that have any points at all for disqualification. Even 1 point for disqualification is an incentive to carry on. I'm also noticing more surveys that are appearing to go completely through to the end, only to be told that I have been disqualified for it afterwards. There is very little incentive to carry on with the survey venue at this time.

I think you would have better quality performance if the surveys were much shorter. Five minutes to under 10 minutes each. Having to complete a long, drawn out and very boring and repetitive survey only produces a hurry up and finish attitude.

I received a ''let's catch up'' e-mail yesterday too offering me 100 points and link with a redeem code - where you claim this i have yet to find as the link only takes you to the dashboard! - but with the recent changes it has made me think a little more about doing low value surveys - i did them because the extra points from poll streaks made up for this! - but i guess when people stop doing surveys they may decide to increase the points i guess its what ever you can get away with! its a shame cos BR is a good site - but is going down hill fast!
Everyone has touched on the same issues I share. So I won't elaborate but to add onto the consensus of these Branded "changes." Branded has definitely gone downhill. And my participation decrease has been the result.
Today, funnily enough I got an email from Branded of "Let's catch up" as response to my "slacking off" from here. My gold status means nothing to me or has no actual benefit. It's such a pointless status now no matter the promises of the so-called extra incentives. A few members might benefit but the majority of us do not.
I almost do not even care. I'm shifting my focus to other sites. I'm inclined not to recommend this site either. And I definitely would not rate this site as highly as I did when I first joined.
Both the poll streak and the Ace bonus were distinguished Branded from most of the other survey sites. Now, it's just another that feed surveys piecemeal and at a much slower actual depositing to our banks.

I posted a comment a couple of weeks ago, saying that the upcoming changes might prove to be a plus. Now I'm not so sure. Since the changes were made, I've gotten tons of email invites but have been able to complete very few actual surveys. If I were still able to do the number of surveys I had been doing, the percentages awarded for Elite status would be as good as or better than what they had been paying. Unfortunately, now I'm struggling just to make the 12 surveys necessary for the bare bones percent. Branded, it's not good to give with one hand, while taking with the other. Why the sudden disqualifications on almost every survey you send me?? Not good.

After reading all the comments from others above, they took the words right out of my mouth. I couldn't agree more. Mintvine/Branded has gone down the toilet and most of us aren't gonna go in after it. You were once the "go to" survey site but now it is the "pass by" site for me. Loyalty obviously means nothing to Branded as well as the integrity we (members) have all committed to Branded. What a kick in the butt. Obviously you didn't think this through enough to see what the end result would be with your bright ideas. I give much praise to your loyal members but Branded you get none. You have become the biggest letdown to not just me. You apparently do not value our commitments. I have no more to say except "ditto" to other's comments.

Well I have waited until my final payment has hit my PayPal account until I leave a comment.
My thoughts, the site is in BIG financial trouble, first signalled when payments were taking longer to hit PayPal.
Then missing points etc.
Problem is that it is a downward spiral, fewer points, less people taking surveys, survey providers getting a worse service ie. I guess one of the site's selling points was that surveys would be completed very fast, now from the number of surveys that come up they are taking longer to get people to do them
When there are surveys taking 20 minutes to complete and you are only offered around 20 points for doing them then the majority of people will pass them by.
So what to do? OK Rats and sinking ships come to mind but I would be cashing out as soon as you can and seriously think of calling it a day.
The disqualification points have been really cut back, including the daily TV survey, which now gives NO disqualification points at all.

I, too, would like to know how long your overhaul will take to appear. I'm still doing surveys and have no real problems with the site but losing poll streak points, etc has been a real letdown.
For those who want to know of a better site, this is about the best. I've tried about 25 different sites and many of they ALL cheat you out of points on occasion, they ALL have lousy customer service at times (some worse than others, Branded is one of the better CSs). Since they all receive surveys from the same places, they all have the same types of rejections, survey full, demographics not right, etc. My advice, unless you have REAL problems with Branded, do their surveys and wait for this big update - you might be PLEASANTLY surprised.

Agree with you. Although I attend intermittently and often got a few days in a row I never quite managed to complete. However I decided to finally make a real effort only to find it had been removed. I always thought this was a good incentive to visit the site daily and of course once on the site one is more likely to take part in other things.

This site has gone completely down the drain. They keep BSing us saying to keep an eye out for these 'exciting changes' yet no changes come. This site is complete trash anymore. I'm on the hunt for a better site so if anyone has suggestions please let me know. We should all stop using Branded and let the company fall apart. They're a complete joke. They want to keep users engaged but have no incentive to do so.

So...just how long is this "overhaul" supposed to take? I'm sure we're all waiting with baited breath for the "exciting changes". You've pissed off your entire membership and don;t seem to be in any hurry to do anything about it.
