Love the new layout, but . . . .
I received an apology email with a code to enter upon following a link to your website. This was to award me with a few points for some recently unresolved issues. The link didn’t work, so I manually entered the website address, but there’s no place to enter the code. I emailed several days ago about this, and no response.

Hi Linda, log on to your account and click on your account name on the left-hand side. Find the Redeem Promo Code option and enter the code there. Hope this helps!

I too received a code with some points to redeem. I redeemed them by clicking on my name (on the left-hand side of my dashboard) and then choosing the 'redeem promo code' option from the drop-down menu.
