Unable to redeem ,not receiving any surveys and not broke any rules as far as I'm aware and don't get any response for costomer support
Hi I've no longer got a redeem button or receiving surveys ,I've not broke any rules as far as I'm aware and have not had a problem up to now cashing out .I've email 3 times with no response can you please find out what s happened thanks

Same here! I had a pending payment with a due date of 13th August that was rejected, now the redeem button disappear, I've send two mails on August 21th and still no answer
