I've contacted support about 10 times now and the same response
I went on vacation in India for about 2 weeks and I could not redeem. I realized that and when I came back my redeem button is still not appearing even after clearing cookies, etc. The same guy keeps telling me "if you are living outside the US" when I am clearly in the US right now. If I am banned please unban, I have 1100 about points ready to be redeemed and I am sick of support not replying and giving automated, not support-written responses. I need a solution. I am a US citizen and everything.
