I've emailed twice about problems and not had a response to either of them
I'm not getting any survey notifications and no email with Amazon code although it says processed. I've emailed about both issues and had acknowledgement so email address isn't a problem but no response to either issue. You used to be able to see Amazon code next to payout details but that no longer shows so I need it from you.
We are sorry to hear about this inconvenience. If this issue is regarding what is displayed in your reward email you may want to check your security settings and ensure nothing is being blocked.
