I have not received my gift cards
Since rebranding from Mintvine to branded surveys I have not received my gift cards - twice now I have achieved the required number of points and requested an M&S giftcard, under Mintvine these would always be delivered to my inbox within 2 days, but now nothing - after over a month. My e-mails to firstname.lastname@example.org are not getting any response.

Still nothing received, I have checked the Spam folder and they are not in there. My e-mail address must have become corrupted on your system as I am not receiving any e-mails from you at all, not even survey invitations. The correct e-mail is email@example.com.
