Customer Service has yet to respond
This is the second time I am posting this since for some magical reason, my previous post didn’t go through. I still haven’t received a response to any of my emails after weeks regarding completing a 90 point survey and not getting any credit for it, getting a very late disqualification a question away from completing a survey worth 200 points and now today I finished a survey worth 160 points and right after finishing it, I was routed to a completely different site not even related to the site I was taking the survey on and never received any credit for the survey I completed. It was as if I clicked to begin a whole new survey without even doing so and it was a survey I have taken many times so I know it routed me to a whole new site. I am very upset with customer service and their lack of care to respond to someone after multiple emails, I love this site but buggy surveys and non existent customer service will most likely make me stop using this site unless things change. Hopefully someone will finally respond to any of my emails and give me any kind of points for the surveys stated above.
We are sorry to hear about this inconvenience. Should this happen again please take note of the survey causing the problem so we can investigate.

I did in previous emails since I reported them from the links given to me when you report a survey, I also have pictures. Hopefully a investigation can still be done since I would like to get credit for the surveys I did especially when they were roughly 20 minutes long.
