Lack of response from Customer Services
I've had a few issues since I was away on vacation to the UK for a couple of weeks. In fact I did notify the panel (MintVine) of my intention to be on holiday prior to leaving the US.
Since then I have had survey notifications and surveys to complete but when I click to complete them, they have always come up with errors and I've been unable to complete them.
I have been in touch to try and get this rectified, but customer services never responds!
Furthermore, my redeem button is missing, even though I have over 2k points in my account. I've been in touch through the Contact Support button with no luck garnering a response.
Please help me so that I can rectify the errors.
