What do i have to do ....
What on earth do i have to do to get Mintvine staff to reply on my emails and sort my queries out in an honest way. I am almost ready to just cancel my membership with Mintvine. I am disappointed to know that I can be treated as if i do not exist and hope I just go away.
So disappointed in this company. Absolutely no support that one can rely on.

They ignore all communication, remove forum posts and seem to be stealing money at the minute, if they don't pay out to a lot of people then they earn a lot more!

How long is it going to take for you to resolve my withdrawal issue? I waited long enough for my money. I am not impressed by your customer service.
How about helping me and asking me what this is about. How about providing us a way to make sure to be able to talk to a staff member that actually cares. Everyday I click on a survey and actually do them Mintvine gets paid and then pay the same people that are ignoring my emails. How about paying me the little money that is due to me for the time I put in. Or even just explaining to me why i do not deserve to get paid for something i did.If someone answer some of my questions in my email I might be able to redeem my hard earned points in such a way that I know what i am doing. Once i have done that, i will then close my account since the members of this panel is not important to the staff and management . I do not want to go, but it seems pointless to log in everyday and not feel valued. This is the worse panel support I have ever seen. I think it to be dishonest when and if panel members do not get each and every point they work for. I would be embarrassed to treat people like this.
