GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS, CLEAR US ISSUES WHEN THEY HAPPEN AND ALLOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN GOOD PARTICIPANTS TO HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE!
Up until recently, I have had pretty decent experiences with Mintvine. i have been using your site for about two years and then all of a sudden, I was accused on using a proxy server. I wrote to customer serve and was told only one account per member but that is all I have EVER had. I have referred family members and friends to your site including ones who live witth me. I have tried to write and contact your company MULTIPLE TIMES to clear this issue up and was told that I was banned for using a proxy server. I attend school and often use the work and school network to log on. As I originally stated, I did not get any response from customer service but I do not think being penalized is fair.....I mean at least let me redeem my rewards points.....and then dismiss me. Please allow my account to be reestablished as it was allow me to redeem my points. I did not do anything with the interning to commit fraud!

I have been accused of doing multiple surveys at once. I didn't realize I was that clever with only one pair of hands and one PC. Awarded a gold standard for participation and being told I was on the brink of being banned for participating too much.
