Survey problems that do NOT show up on "earnings" or "report Issue" links.
Many times there are survey problems that do not show up in the "earnings" page and do not show up on the "report Issue" link. for example, today (7/28/17) I did 50% of a very LONG survey (it took almost half an hour for half the survey) on cat ownership and litter boxes, only to have the survey freeze up and lock up. It does NOT show up on the "earnings" or "report issue" pages, which I know is your standard response. I had to close out the browser, but because I did not get a screen capture I cannot report it. I have no way of verifying this because it DOES NOT SHOW UP in the "earnings" or "report issue" tabs that you always refer people to. My question is this: how do we report issues like this that do not even show up as having been attempted on your "earnings" page?
In order to ensure you are compensated we require some evidence of the survey being taken. If you know the survey provider, label, point value, and time length please report it to email@example.com.

It is not right for us to sit here for however long and take these surveys and you get to the last question or two and it says bad report. So what you automatically lose all those points. That is completely unfair. That was a survey with alot of points that I worked hard on. It's very discouraging and irritating!!!
