A link or code for WHY points were rejected.
I was rejected (noticed on 7/18) for a survey that I completed (worth 100 pts), after over a month had past from completing the survey. There is no way to find out WHY they rejected the points. It would be helpful if there was a code system for things like speeding though the survey or something so we know WHY the survey was rejected. I always try to be honest and consistent, which makes it frustrating when companies simply refuse to pay up for having collected my data. How do we know that they just don't like the answers they are getting? Is there any way to challenge a rejection? It would be helpful to know at least WHY or what category of rejection our survey falls into.

wondering that too, as far as I know I did not make any mistakes, take too long or rush my answers and i am honest to a fault so why?

Your answer is inaccurate, Justin W. There is no way to report a problem with a rejected survey. I too have been seeing multiple rejections recently (Never had one before!), and I'm not doing anything any different than I always have. I answer honestly and consistently, and follow all instructions, so I'm also starting to wonder why this keeps happening. I suspect that third party survey companies just don't want to pay out. A little information as to why we are being rejected would be quite helpful. I have also emailed the customer support team to look into this issue.

I tried the "report issue" link, but there is no way to report it. I can give you the following information: "consumer behaviour study" (gray good pronghorn), completed 7/19/17 8:29 pm for 100 points. The point I was trying to make is not to demand those points, but to ask if there is any way to dispute rejections, or if there was any way you could include some sort of code or note when this happens so that we know WHY it was rejected.

There is no way to "report issue" on it, there is only the "rejected" button.
