I have been using Mintvine for a long time and it was one of the best survey websites out there, I kept very loyal and confident for the time being to this website and was pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism by customer service, ,but for the past month everything seems to be going to hell in a hand basket. I found that out of the blue my redeem button disappeared without notice, and that I am unable to redeem my approved points, neither participate into any new surveys, I spoke with the customer service to know what’s going on and the root of this issue to fix but they mainly ignore my request for help,
Finally one of them told me I am using proxy and I explained to him have been a genuine user for your website for more than a year, and never for once broke any laws or policies set by your website, I am using lately programs such as total security solutions to keep my online identity safe especially after the cyber security attacks that target millions of users around the globe, especially that I work in IT field and aware of the severity of such cyber attacks, that's why I used to take extra proactive measures for keeping my identity and personal info stored on my device safe while I am online, but I reassure that I don't use any kind of proxies or servers and i even wasn't aware that there were a problem from the first place, that's why i had to do more extensive and heuristic revise for all the security measures at my machine to make everything is transparent, consistent and nothing intervene with your website, I totally respect that you maintain higher standards for online protection to keep your users such as me safe and secure through your portal.
Now please I ask you to full restoration to my account status and activity, plus I require the redeem button to be restored back or at least the already approved points now on my account (6408 points to be exact) to be withdrawn to my PayPal account until these whole situation got fixed and get back as it was used to be.
Sorry for the long post and hope this going to be fix ASAP

I cannot redeem mine either. They switched to Branded so they could run a new system that rips everyone off and provides no redemption mechanism for rewards.

I feel sad that we are being treated as criminals and yet we have provided loyal service to mintvine. Your customer service had the cheek to say that they could see I had logged in from outside the UK. When I asked for proof of this I got no further answer. I then emailed again but got a different person who then said I had a proxy server. Neither allegations are true.

I am having this same problem as from today,I have never used a proxy server and literally getting no replies from the customer service staff.i am pretty disgusted at this treatment after being a customer for atleast six months and never having problems before.
