I think it is time for Branded Surveys to be in the spirit of the holidays. Many faithful and loyal members are being accused of being on a Proxy Server and it seems that is not true. So I am saying a holiday prayer for myself and all the other loyal members who should be compensated for the surveys that they completed without the situation of being on a Proxy Server.

You are just a bunch of cheats ! I am an IT director and there is no way you can detect a proxy server at your end !You can only detect the location of the person .So stop lying to people !
I think what is happening here in my case, is I live in a very connected city, Austin, and pop on and off networks all the time. I do survey's at restaurants, churches, coffee shop. I do surveys to fill time waiting at the doctor's office. Really, MintVine/Branded, stop being so cheap and gullible to security firms pitch faulty software, you are a wealthy company. The last time this happened it took several rounds over months with the BBB to get this issue resolved. I think Mintvine/Branded should be transparent on this, since it obviously affects so many legitimate panelists.

This company are scammers they need to be shut down, I used them for around 5 months ha 2 payments and then bang the third payment is rejected and I get told I a using a proxy, which I am not and the support is useless they send robotic reply to best suit your query and then when you reply the never reply back, just check Justin W reply's they are all the same.

well at least you can e.mail me to let me know that iv been ban from mintvine as iv got 3.118 points also why keep giving me the 5points daily and take away the redeem button.i dont know what proxy server is and been using same from day 1.bang out order never had this issue before with any other sites.

Yes, I'm in agreement with Steven. There is nothing in the TOs that mentions this, and most people don't even know how to get on or off of a proxy. Apparently I am being flagged as using a proxy server, and I don't do anything but connect to the wifi like normal. Nobody in this house would know how to setup a proxy server even if we wanted to, so unless our isp is using a proxy server of their own, I have no idea what's going on.

Use of a proxy server doesn't necessarily indicate fraudulent activity - many businesses uses proxy servers to implement their "acceptable use" policies for employees. And many people like to use proxy servers because they prefer anonymity when browsing the web - of course some do this for nefarious reasons, but most do this because they're fed up with being tracked and having their browsing data harvested without their consent.
By the way, I couldn't see anything about proxy servers in the Terms of Service for this website so I'm a bit puzzled how the use of a proxy server could lead to someone being banned - if it's covered by other, vaguer, wording then perhaps use of proxy servers needs to be specifically stated (and clearly highlighted when a new user signs up)? And presumably the use of VPN would also be grounds for being banned as this also allows users to anonymise their browsing activity?

I have not received an answer from the technical support that can solve this situation.

How frustrating it is to spend 40 minutes on a survey only to be told at the end I don't qualify? That is disrespectful of my time. I think you guys need to up your game.
