Cashed out points!
Made a bit of a f*** up and put in the wrong address for my PayPal! So when I redeemed my points they were showing as approved after a day or so but the payment just wasn't showing up at all. I kept leaving messages on here asking but kept getting the same generic response which didn't answer my question. I sent an email instead to email@example.com and within less than 24 hours, we'd Sussex out it was the wrong email address, I rectified this, they stopped the payment and put my points back and told me to redeem them again. I did as told and within about 2 hours the money was in my PayPal account! So happy with the speed at which they sorted it for me! Stunned as to how fast it actually happened! Massive pats on the back to the guys in mintvine customer service team! Could not be happier with the service they provided for me today! Just when I really needed the extra cash too and expecting it to take at least 2 working days. Thanks a lot mintvine!
