Terrible Customer Service
I have sent 5 emails to email@example.com over the past 2 weeks about the 10 items in my account that remain pending some 3 weeks after the clear by date. I did not even receive a cursory response. I took time to do these surveys but Mintvine does not care about customers. This site says to expect a response in 1-2 days. It has been over two weeks. Right now I do not know what my options are. Has anyone experience this and can you suggest options?
If you are outside of the US, UK, or Canada this could cause you to become banned. Another large factor could be if you are using a Proxy server, as these raise security flags indicating fraudulent users. Please ensure that you are abiding by the MintVine terms of service so you can keep taking great surveys!

I am not using a proxy server and I am in the US. I have abidded by Mintvine rules so why when it is time to pay me, there is suddenly a problem?
In order to reset your password, make sure you are logged in to MintVine in a separate window so the link takes you to your new password rather than the login screen.

I have sent 2 emails to firstname.lastname@example.org too. I have not hard anything yet, I need to reset my password but email that I received took me to login page so I can't reset my password.
