Actually respond to emails with a payout inquiry at least by the third attempt in as many weeks.
The canned two day response is bull.
When panelists have several security flags on their account our team takes some time to investigate the user in question. This may have caused a delay in response.

And still no answer other than proxy server....and I'm not being credited my referral points, and my points have been pending for way too long. How about a straight answer Justin.

I have left many e-mails, messages here, and on your facebook page over the last few/many months. I have never been able to get a pay out and no responses to my inquiries. Today I can't seem to get qualified for any survey's. I am really disappointed that no one seems to care about responding to me.
