Fix the redeem button, please
Can't get any response from customer support (I'm probably up near 10 inquiries over the last month or so) and still can't redeem my points. Would really like to cash out my earnings!

I notice these comments are from earlier in the year. Right now, for the last month or so, my Redeem button no longer works. I have sent several requests to support for help. No idea what is going on.
