Hello, a long time member and very satisfied participant with a suggestion!
Have Mintvine every thought of having some time of community member managers....
For example sometimes surveys posted to survey street give an error message when clicked on, or get displayed repeatedly when skip is pressed or at the of the survey it says error and no credit. If there were a small team of handpicked members/users of mintvine who had a direct liason to a member of the mintvine team, they could report issues faster to ensure that customers surveys are completed quickly.
Perhaps a couple of community member in each country who use the site daily who can report issues to the mintvine team for a quicker turnaround rather than the mintvine staff having to receive dozens of report from all members where there is a problem. Might make for less work for the mintvine staff not receiving so many queries, better user experience and better results for the customers?
Just an idea, I welcome the feedback. :)

MintVine is a great organisation. Good surveys reasonable earnings and always keep their promises.

I been trying to get a hold of someone alk day in a email that's never replied to . My email is email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org I been having a issue because I have a pay out coming to me. My first one. It keeps saying we sent a email but no email come not to inbox or spam. I then read your reviews and have come to the conclusion that it has to be a scam. If not maybe a rip off. I figure I won't get those points... so obviously I wasted my time. However- I wrote a bad review here and on survey police to warn others....
I have more than 5 days that I do not receive a survey on my page
Points to redeem appear blocked on my page.
I have not received an answer from the technical support that can solve this situation.
I would appreciate information about my problem, whether I can continue as a panelist in Mitvine
