Multiple Site Issues
I have seen across the forms that several users are encountering issues when attempting to access MintVine that range from an error saying the web site cannot be reached, to redirect errors, to looping pages, to points mysteriously vanishing and/or reappearing since the recent update. Surveys are also not showing up in quick history, and those that do, do not have the option to report errors that are being encountered. I am also experiencing these issues no matter what device I use to access the site / no matter what browser.
I did email for tech support assistance, and I got a response from customer service. They told me to use click history to report the surveys that are not showing up in click history. Lol. Not to mention that only 2 out of the first 25 surveys that do show up in my click history actually have the option to report errors, and I saw at least seven of those were ones with errors that needed to be reported. I was also told that MintVine is not mobile friendly, when it always was until the most recent site crash, and I have encountered at least three surveys through MintVine that require you to be on mobile. Not that it really matters, because I'm getting the same issues whether I'm on mobile, laptop, any browser, etcetera.
So good luck guys, and just keep emailing customer support when you find these sorts of issues. That's the only way they are going to see the scope of the programming fault and correct it.
We are sorry to hear of your negative experience reporting survey issues and will continue to improve the system to match member needs.

This issue is not "completed." All funnels (PP and RR) are still in perpetual loops, there are no report buttons for most surveys in click history, I'm still missing points from at least two surveys because after completing them I got redirect errors, and I'm still in discussions with customer service about all of these issues.

I have recently achieved 1000 points and last week found it asked me to enter further details when i tried to get on the site. I entered these details and my account has been reset to 0. I emailed customer service last week but have not received a response so I've just chased. Hopefully the issue is linked to what you mentioned above and my points/payment will be reinstated.
