Phone number verification issues. Help.
For some reason even though I enter my mobile number, it won't send me a code to verify it? I'm from the UK and would like to know why it won't work for me? Do I replace the 0 with a +44? I've spent a lot of my time filling out these surveys, so I'm wondering why it won't let me have a code? I know you have to verify your mobile before you get a payout? Have I spent all this time filling out surveys for nothing? :(
Please email email@example.com so we can manually verify the number for you.

I've been trying to verify my mobile number but the system kept showing "Landline number is now allowed"... I have been using my cellphone for more than 8 years and i don't even have a landline ...
May someone fix this please, thanks.

same issue. This is very frustrating. You do these surveys to get points and then can't cash them in. Not very happy with branded surveys at all.

how do i update my new phone number i have do contact support and support and no one as given me a reply for over 2 weeks and no one as informed me on who to contact
i want to up date my phone number and they given me a code to enter but were do i enter the code so i can up date my phone number
I have emailed the support twice, to be asked my email address associated with the account, and then never recieve another reply and my number is still unverified

I'm having issues with my account. I'm unable to verify my phone number. I have tried various times and it doesn't allow me, then it tells me I've tried too many times. I've sent various emails to the support/info team and have received only the regular automated response.
I'm looking to cash-out and I'd like you to help please. Thank you.

I'd be interested in doing the surveys if I could get my phone verified (a requirement for a payout) but that seems to be asking too much.

Yes I am having similar problems with my UK number. I have emailed the guys to find out whether this problem can be resolved.
