Entirely too many faulty surveys
I'm tired of wasting my time completing surveys and not being compensated. It has become a regular occurance for me to complete a lengthy survey, see that the progress bar has reached 95-100%, most times get to the page that contains words thanking me for completing the survey, pressing the "next" or similar link in order to submit the survey for credit and then receiving a message that I've reached a bad gateway, a message telling me the survey is no longer available or that I do not qualify to complete it. In the beginning I blew off the events. Then occasionally I would send a message to mintvine notifying them of the event. I would receive a professional response apologizing for the faulty survey and be given 50 points for my trouble. The increase now of faulty surveys has me taking screen shots of every final survey page as proof I've reached the end and now sending that along in a message to mintvine with a screenshot of the next page that shows I do not qualify, bad gateway etc etc. I'm no longer receiving responses from mintvine and no longer being compensated ... so basically I'm giving my opinion for free and wasting my time. And I'm not even including the times that I reach the 50-75% mark on the progress bar and get the "you don't qualify" message ... or know I'm near the end because it begins asking for statistical information and get disqualified at that point. I had a friend join under me who gave up because of what I'm describing. I can no longer recommend mintvine until this is corrected.
Thank you for your concern. We are working to improve survey matching so our members get more completes. There are also opportunities in the Offer Wall.

I think support should be faster than several days and two surveys I took and completed and when I went to the page to see my points, there were none. It would be nice to get answers quicker. On the other hand, I didn't do anything until the new site came up and like this site even more

I agree completely with this person. I have voiced the same concerns and have been similarly blown off.
