My PayPal redemption that I processed on 4/12 was rejected. This has never happened before. I cash out regularly. I emailed support on 4/15. I got the canned response that says to wait for 1-2 days for a resolution. I didn't hear back. I wrote again on 4/19. Still no response as of today, 4/21. Why was my PayPal withdrawal rejected? I can't try to process another withdrawal, because my Redeem button isn't there. I have 1228 points approved. You owe me that money!
