How do I put my phone number on my account so it CAN be "verified"?
Have entered my landline phone number both in official format (+1areacodephonenumber) and even all variations I could try. It will not allow me to advance, does not "verify". I am entering my correct phone number-- is the system looking me up in some online data base, or is my phone number supposed to be in the Mintvine records? I was not asked for my number when I registered, and can find no where in my account to put -in- a number?
Have been taking surveys, have cashed out twice no problems, now this roadblock with "Phone verification". Was also told to write to firstname.lastname@example.org for more direct help, to fix the problem. That email was bounced back as being undeliverable. How can I get some help on this? Should be a simple thing to clear up, but has been going on for weeks now. Please help.
Please double check the email you sent as email@example.com is our customer support address.

I have entered both my home and cell phone numbers and neither will verify. I am trying to obtains rewards and this verification is preventing me from doing so. Please provide a solution.

I am entering a valid phone number and it doesn't accept it. I have contacted support weeks ago and they say they are working on it. I want to cash in an amazon gift certificate. This is very frustrating. Is this just their way of not paying out!!!!!

It seems to appear that Branded Surveys does not like paying out. They have put in every obstacle that they can dream up. I do not do my banking on line. All my inquires to my bank are accessed via a four digit password. This is very frustrating, to say the least. Not everyone banks via the internet. Just too risky. I know this from experience. What does it take to get a well deserved payout? It was so much easier with Mintvine.
I put in a lot of time and effort to do these surveys in a timely and correct manner. The least Branded Surveys can do is to honor a payout when requested.

Every time I put the entire phone number in (including area code) I keep getting it rejected and a error message telling me its a VOIP number. I confused because it isn't, its just a landline. Please will you help me enter my telephone number.

I'm also being constantly asked for my phone number - why when you already have my address, e-mail and Paypal login - I have been getting paid until now?

My account is frozen, my point are not being approved and I cannot withdraw. I have sent atleast four emails without any response. I have been member of mintvine for two years and I have never experienced this before. This is unacceptable I put in so much time to this surveys and my points should not be frozen. Please help me fix this. Thank you
