What do you think about the new site layout?

TIMELY RESPONSES FROM SUPPORT

Sent an email to support yesterday morning, yet no response. The FAQ's clearly state that PayPal payments take 3 business days...TODAY IS 5 BUSINESS DAYS W/NO PAYMENT! I should have received this payment on Friday!!. If there is no live chat, responses from support should take no more than 24 hours, especially when it is regarding "rewards" issues.

Hi Dave,

We are still a few days behind on Paypal transactions as so many members requested these withdrawals over the last few weeks. We are filling our account as quickly as possible, but we are restricted by the ACH process utilized by Paypal.

    I'm having the same problem. I've sent two messages to support and the issue is still not resolved. I would like to redeem my hard earned points and can't do so.

    Support doesn't answer my questions, Why? I keep trying to request payment but it doesn't go through, WHY??????

    This is also my issue, cashed out on 30th and no reply to emails.. i dont mind waiting but dont like being ignored

    It is the same for Amazon because I have been waiting over a week for mine.
