not able to withdraw
When I am ready to redeem my points, it says im not allowed to withdraw! What the??? I tried to reach them and they answered my query and said that they found no restriction in my account and should be able to withdraw this time but when I try to redeem again, same message appeared on my dashboard. Need help with this since its my first time to redeem.

I have the same problem. I’ve contacted them directly twice now, and nothing has been resolved. I’ve been told that it’s because I am out of the country, which is not the case. I’m also unable to complete any surveys.

SOLVED - I had the same problem and have found that this is due to bad web design. When you type in the amount of points that you want to redeem, you have to press the Tab key to get out of the text box where you are inputting your number. When you do that, you will have the ability to press the Request Withdrawal button. Very poor design!

I'm having the same problem and I tried contacting support directly, but only received a vague answer that had nothing to do with my problem.

I already did and they keep telling me that my account is ok but im still seeing the same message. (Sorry - your account is not allowed to make withdrawals.)
